1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SoftCrafter Sh.P.K ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Services

SoftCrafter provides digital services including but not limited to:

3. User Obligations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of SoftCrafter Sh.P.K or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property rights will be transferred upon full payment as outlined in the project agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• •An initial deposit may be required to commence work
• •Milestone payments may be established for larger projects
• •Final payment is due upon project completion
• •Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftCrafter Sh.P.K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tiranë, Albania.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
